YieldMaster® High-Temperature Cook-In Bags
YieldMaster® High-Temperature Cook-In Bags are a proven winner, improving the yield, flavor and appearance of meat. Meat cooks and browns in its own natural juices and flavorings without sticking to the bag. Our patented oven bags enable hermetically-sealed vacuum meats to move safely from the processor, to the grocer and directly to the consumer’s oven at 400° F, virtually untouched by human hands. This feature protects the product from cross contamination and maintains the integrity of the processors original recipe.
Yieldmaster® High-Temperature Cooking Bags:
Are used in the preparation of whole turkeys and chickens, ribbed meats, spiral-sliced hams, as well as whole-muscle red meats, and vegetables
Allow meat to brown to a more desirable appearance than competitor’s bags
Cook safely at temperatures up to 400° F in conventional ovens
Reduce standard cooking time by 33-50%
Prevent overcooking of meat and keep the meat moist
Keep protein from adhering to the bag, so meat pulls away cleanly from the packaging

UNICHEF® Non-Stick Cook-In Bags make food preparation quicker, cleaner, and easier for foodservice customers and end-use consumers. Our UNICHEF® nylon oven bags reduce cooking time without compromising and while actually improving the yield, flavor and appearance of meat. The flavor of the meat is enhanced from basting in its own natural juices in the bag. Cleaning is virtually eliminated, as there are no messy pans or ovens to scour. Simply throw the bag away!
