Our STERILYN® Nylon Pouches and Lay-Flat Tubing are extremely durable, able to withstand extreme heat and transparent - making instruments easy to recognize and view without risk of contamination from touching or opening the packaging.

STERILYN® Nylon Pouches and Lay-Flat Tubing are manufactured from alloyed MONOLYN® film, which allows the products to remain strong and resistant to abrasions, tears or punctures that occur during sterilization and cleanroom procedures.

If we do not offer a nylon pouch or tubing that meets your specific needs, we will be happy to customize a solution for you.

STERILYN® Nylon Pouches and Lay-Flat Tubing:

  • Are chemical, puncture and highly slough resistant
  • Withstand extreme temperatures ranging from -100° F to +400° F
  • Serve as an effective microbial barrier
  • Are easily monitored due to the transparent film color

STERILYN® Nylon Pouches:

  • Can be imprinted with heat-sensitive inks that allow for immediate indication of temperatures reached during the autoclaving process
  • Are pre-cut and boxed
  • Are available in standard lengths
  • Can be made with anti-static nylon*
  • Meet all FDA regulations regarding medical sterilization
  • Has been independently tested for its effectiveness in sterilization equipment

STERILYN® Lay-Flat Tubing:

  • Can be cut and sealed to any length
  • Can be made with anti-static nylon*
*Our anti-static nylon film, bags and tubing can be used in cleanroom applications, but are not FDA compliant for use with food.
