YieldMaster® High-Temperature Cook-In Bags

M&Q Packaging leads the industry with its YieldMaster® vacuum heat-sealable polyester cook-in bags. Our bags stay strong through the entire cook cycle and eliminate any concerns of consumer oven temperatures being off by up to 25 degrees (higher). We work with you one-on-one to design the exact bag for your product that is durable, dependable and cost-efficient.


Our YieldMaster® cook-in bags:

  • Are used to prepare turkey breasts, chicken breasts and whole muscle red meats
  • Are great for use by both meat packers and foodservice processors
  • Safely cook at heats up to 400° F in conventional ovens
  • Are vacuum heat sealable
  • Prevent cross-contamination from handling raw meat between processing and the dinner table
  • Can be tailored to meet specific shrink property requirements ranging between 10 and 40 percent
  • Are extremely sturdy and resistant to tearing and puncture
