Our MONOLYN® Nylon Film protects components in paint and powder-coating applications, particularly in high-heat curing oven and autoclave environments. Our MONOLYN® Nylon Film Bags are excellent for solvent recovery and distillation.
By being resistant to chemicals and high temperatures required to cure thermoset resins, MONOLYN® nylon film can be manufactured in the form of cast acrylic rod molds, composite vacuum bagging film and bulk-molding compound bags (BMC bags). Our MONOLYN® vacuum bagging films (as well as pre-made bags) work well in the manufacturing, protection and stability of bullet proof or explosion resistant glass during the lamination process, reducing rework and eliminating glass defects.
M&Q’s solvent recovery bags are manufactured from a unique blend of MONOLYN® nylon resins that are designed specifically for various heat-range requirements.
Our MONOLYN® nylon film can also be tailored to make custom-sized sheets for use in shielding and overwrap applications, and our MONOLYN® Nylon Film bags used for distillation are available in a variety of sizes.
